CTP Packaging Western Cape currently have a position available for a Product Manger, all suitably qualified applicants are invited to submit CVs for consideration.

The incumbent, reporting to the Executive Director, would be appointed to develop each of the five business units’ marketing and differentiation strategies, by developing new products which would be of benefit to new and existing customers. The job incumbent would be able to manage customer perceptions of the businesses through content creation and management, customer engagement, value creation and sponsorship agreements.

 To be considered for this position, you will need to meet the following minimum requirements:

• Completed Marketing Management degree, with a good academic record
• 3 – 5 years of Business to Business Marketing experience
• Valid code 08 driver’s licence

The successful candidate would be a diligent, meticulous, hard-working individual, who is comfortable working within a relatively unstructured environment. The role would require an incumbent who is astute and resourceful, who can communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. The role would demand the incumbent to have a mature and confident approach, with the ability to manage relationships within both the supplier and customer spheres. Incumbents that have had some exposure to project and/or product management, coupled with the proven ability to conduct meaningful market/product research would be preferred.
