The 25th of November marked the start of 16 Days of Activism; a worldwide campaign to oppose violence against women and children. CTP Packaging Western Cape wholly supports this campaign and once again partnered with WAR (Women against Rape) to raise awareness of and to oppose violence against women and children.
Volunteers from our Western Cape divisions; SA Litho Label Printers, CTP Flexibles, CTP Cartons & Labels and Boland Printers, gathered this past Thursday to prepare comfort packages, educational kits and sandwiches for our surrounding communities.

Our team prepared over 2 000 peanut butter and jam and polony sandwiches for Plantation Primary School.

We thank our Sponsors, Brito Meats and Tiger Brands, who supplied the sandwhich fillings.

Our team packed kits consisting of an educational dvd and activity book to teach school children from Plantation Primary School about the danger strangers may pose.

We prepared comfort packs for women and children who have been subjected to abuse.

CTP Packaging Western Cape proudly supports this global campaign opposing violence against women and children.
We are extremly pleased to have, once again, partnered with WAR and look forward to continue working with them to advocate for a non-violent South Africa.
