Our sister company, Boland Printers – a division of CTP Limited, waved goodbye to 2017 this past friday with their annual year end function, and what better way to do so than with a company wide potjiekos competition!

Ten teams competed for the title of “The Best Potjie” with creative team names like “The Pot-Strippers” and branded t-shirts and aprons, the teams flexed their competitive muscles! Each and every staff member had their turn at manning the pot, throwing a few good humoured jabs to competing teams as they went along.

Each team served up a generous portion of food and the judging began, two judges were invited to a blind tasting with goal of selecting the winning potjie – tough job we know, but someones got to do it!

Everything from chicken to beef and heaps of vegatables inbetween were on offer but ultimately their can only be one winner; The Pot-Strippers” afterwhich everyone sat down to a hearty “home cooked” meal.
