SA Litho Label Printers currently have a vacancy for a seasoned Financial Manager to take charge of all aspects of both the Finance and Costing Function; while assisting in the implementation of various projects outside of the normal scope of the FM function.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
These would include but not be limited to: –
- Inventory, Fixed Assets, Divisional General Ledger, Overseeing of Debtors and Creditors, Statutory Payments (VAT, SDL, PAYE, UIF, WCA, etc.), Year-end accounting packs, monthly management pack, ensuring adherence to group policies, and other ad hoc projects related to budgeting, Overseeing of Costing functionality within the business unit
- BBBEE and reporting
- Staff Management (approximately 9 reports)
This role forms part of the Senior Team of the business unit and reports directly to the General Manager.
A B Degree or equivalent in Financial Accounting, preferably studying towards a CIMA qualification with a good understanding of Cost and Management Accounts.
5 years plus experience in a manufacturing environment.
Prism experience advantageous with a high level of proficiency in the MS Office Suite
